The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) welcomes helpful information from the public for possible violations of the Philippine Competition Act, its implementing rules and regulations, and other competition law.
You may report the conduct through any of the following means:
1. E-Complaint Portal
2. Filing a Verified Complaint with the PCC
A verified complaint from an interested party must contain the following:
1. Complete name, address, email and contact number of complainant;
2. Identity of the Entity complained of;
3. Acts constituting the violation of the PCA, its implementing rules, or other competition laws;
4. Documents and other materials supporting the allegations;
5. A statement of the present status of any other case or proceeding involving substantially similar facts, issues, and Entities, and an undertaking to inform the Commission of any such case or proceeding within five (5) days from knowledge thereof; and
6. Verification - A statement that the interested party has read the allegations and verified that these allegations are true to the best of his/her knowledge and can be supported by records.
